Takapuna Beach Front Renovation

Located on Takapuna beachfront, the Leck team worked alongside high-end residential renovations specialists, Eagle & Franich Construction. The home was gutted and remodeled to meet the demands of a busy family and lighting was installed throughout to reflect this. The location and view were the centre piece, so LED strip lighting was installed throughout the kitchen, dining, and bathrooms for ambience. Recessed lighting was mounted flush into the deck to light pathways and create subtle and inviting mood lighting beachside.
