This outstanding family home located on the slopes of St Heliers underwent a large renovation project that included a basement renovation, pool, and garden landscape lighting from NZ lighting manufacturer Switch Lighting. Outdoor heaters were installed on the upstairs deck which allows the owners to utilise the indoor/outdoor living all year round.
